The most common questions about ClubCompass and TeamCompass - answered briefly. If yours is missing, just write to us.
We quote the price on request - it depends on what you need, and we put an offer together for you. ClubCompass is billed per club, TeamCompass per team. Both work on their own and combine: a club starts with ClubCompass, a single team can just as easily start with TeamCompass alone.
How billing worksWe set up your test instance right away - with your real structures: teams, pitches, roles, instead of an empty demo. We guide you through the app, you decide which modules you need, and then invite the rest of your team or club.
Yes, that's exactly what ClubCompass and TeamCompass are for: dates, squad, ratings and the team fund, currently scattered across spreadsheets and several WhatsApp groups, come together in one system, with real roles instead of copied spreadsheets.
DFBnet is the official governing-body software for match operations and registrations, and it stays the official system of record. ClubCompass prepares what you enter there - player eligibility, rescheduling, paperwork - and keeps track of who did it and when. The everyday training and the club work behind it is what SportsCompass covers, not DFBnet.
No. ClubCompass and TeamCompass work on their own. Together they cover the club and the team in one system without maintaining data twice. That's just not required.
No. There is one SportsCompass app with a single login. ClubCompass and TeamCompass are areas inside it, unlocked depending on what the club or the team has booked. If you use both, you switch between the club and team view in the same app.
Then your coaches keep using it for as long as they want. ClubCompass doesn't need TeamCompass: the facility schedule, player passes and referee expenses run independently of it.
What each one does, and when which one fitsNo. Fees and bookkeeping stay in your current programme - ClubCompass adds facilities, match operations and day-to-day processes around it.
No. The facility schedule is already useful when only the department leadership maintains it. Every coach who joins makes it more accurate - but nobody has to.
SportsCompass was born in football, and that's where it goes deepest. ClubCompass - facilities, equipment, org chart, knowledge - works just the same for other departments and sports. TeamCompass is currently tailored to football; tell us what your sport needs.
The club. After onboarding, the instance belongs to the club. The data stays yours, the decisions too. We keep technical maintenance and security, but no access to day-to-day operations. For children and young people, strict data minimisation applies: parent access needs explicit coach approval, and whoever authorises payments never sees the bank details behind them. Your data is processed on a server in Germany, and you can export it at any time.
Servers in Germany, a data-processing agreement, and parent access only after the coach approves it. Everything not explicitly allowed is forbidden. There's more on the privacy page.
Read the privacy policyThe instance is yours, and so is the export. Whatever happens to us, your club is never left without its data.
Yes. Your test instance runs from day one with your real structures, not sample data. You try out what will actually be your system, before anything becomes binding.
