SportsCompass grew inside the football department of Eimsbütteler TV - out of what coaches and the board actually needed week after week. Now we're passing it on to other clubs.
Three friends who met playing football in Hamburg.

There was no product plan at the start, just a long list of things that kept snagging in club life: pitches booked in three spreadsheets at once. Player eligibility papers hunted down minutes before kick-off. A team fund only one person could see. Coaches and the board raised these requirements - we translated them into software, one piece at a time.
It was always built against live operations: around 58 teams, roughly 1,500 children, matches every weekend. Whatever didn't work showed up immediately. Whatever stayed has proven itself over years of daily use - not in a test environment, but at the touchline and in the club office.
The ETV's problems aren't the ETV's alone. Almost every larger club juggles the same pitches, the same match operations, the same association paperwork - usually with the same makeshift fixes. What took us years to build doesn't need to be rebuilt from scratch by anyone else. So we're now passing ClubCompass and TeamCompass on as finished products, with the experience from running the ETV already baked in.
In a short demo we show ClubCompass and TeamCompass on a real club example. Then we set up a test instance.
