ClubCompass
ClubCompass brings together everything that goes beyond the single team: pitches and times, match operations, the governing body, equipment and knowledge. Built in the football department of Eimsbütteler TV with around 1,500 children and in daily use there.
If that person drops out, the overview goes with them. ClubCompass turns scattered lists into a shared foundation the whole club can look at.
Between club administration, the official governing body and team apps there's a gap: exactly where facilities, paperwork and processes live in spreadsheets and binders today. ClubCompass closes it.
Club processes, automated: apply for player eligibility online, schedule friendlies, move fixtures and swap notes with other coaches on the pinboard - all within minutes.
Home
Whoever signs in sees the club first: news, the next fixtures, the training week under way and the way into the occupancy plan. No empty menu to dig through for what concerns you.
The hub's home screen: news, upcoming fixtures and the direct way into the occupancy plan.

The notice board is where the coaching staff talk: questions, notes and requests as posts, sorted into categories and searchable. What gets lost in a coaches' group chat can still be found here weeks later.
Notice board: posts by category, with search and attachments.

Concepts, guides and templates collect in one place, knowledge pages on finances, donations or licences carry the right contact person along, news and the pinboard keep what matters right now. Knowledge stays in the club, even when people move on.

The org chart is built from the real roles in the system, the HFV documents stay current, and admissions and the waiting list run in one place.
Responsibilities as an org chart - drawn from the real roles in the system, not from a hand-kept list.

Meeting rooms are booked like an appointment: pick the week, click or drag into a free slot, done. Recurring bookings such as a games afternoon show up every week, and everyone can see when the room is taken.
Room booking: click or drag a free slot and the room is booked.

Statutes, forms, minutes, templates: every document lives in one place and is found in seconds - instead of scattered across mail attachments and private laptops.
Governing-body paperwork: frequently used forms on top, everything else by category.

From the match calendar to player eligibility, referee expenses, fixture changes and friendlies: your entire match operation runs in one place. No switching between portals, nothing copied over by hand.
Match calendar: every fixture of the club in one view, filtered by pitch and team.
04 / 06
Fixture changes run as a reviewed request instead of a phone chain: propose a date, get it approved, done - and the match calendar stays up to date.
Fixture change: the four details a request needs, and who approves it.
04 / 06
You schedule friendlies right in the occupancy plan: free pitch, free slot, request sent - no paper slips, no follow-up calls.
Friendlies: how a request runs, and the calendar with the pitch's free slots.
04 / 06
The eligibility application is filled in online: players or parents answer in their own language, from German to Turkish to Ukrainian, and out comes the association's official form. The club submits it, and nobody retypes forms any more.
Eligibility application: filled in in seven languages, the document in official German.

Season grid, occupancy plan, regular slots to release and claim, bookings, friendlies and room booking for meeting rooms in one plan. Everyone sees who is where and when in the same view.
Occupancy plan for one site: every session as tall as it lasts, as wide as the area it takes.

Stock follows from every movement: request, handout, return. The club knows what it has and where it went.
Equipment requests by status: to decide, approved, handed out.

Teamwear brings discount, access, payment and printing onto one page, with a direct link to the club's order portal. What used to sit in the coaches' handbook is now where everyone already works.
Teamwear: order, pay and get printing on one page, with a contact person.
What used to be three evenings on the phone is now one look at the occupancy plan.
Example quote - real voices from clubs will follow once they are approved.
With around 1,500 children, data protection is not paperwork but responsibility. ClubCompass follows a simple principle: everything is forbidden unless it is explicitly allowed.
Four levels, clearly separated
