SpielerPlus organises a single team, and it does that well. We built SportsCompass because a club has a layer above that which no team app covers: pitches, player registrations, expenses, equipment. Here is what each one does and when which one fits.
We used SpielerPlus in our own youth department for years. Fixtures, availability, line-ups and the team fund all work reliably, setup takes minutes, and for a single team there is little to complain about. If that is all you need, you do not need us.
Three things show up as soon as more than one team is involved. The SpielerPlus details are from spielerplus.de on 21 October 2026 and may change.
A team app knows teams, not clubs. Anyone asking which pitch is free on Tuesday at 5pm, which registration is still missing or where the kit is stored ends up back in WhatsApp and spreadsheets.
SpielerPlus states a limit of 30 team members for the free version and shows banner advertising. An under-18 squad with coaching staff and parents is above that, often well above.
For three teams SpielerPlus lists 161.97 euros a year, 149.99 with the volume discount. With twelve youth teams the maths looks different than with one, and the club layer still is not included.

What ClubCompass coversWho may see and do what hangs on a permission the club admin grants. A head of youth sees different things than an assistant coach, without us deciding that in advance.
Each parent signs in with their own address and the coach approves it. Nobody shares an account, and nobody sees another family's data.

No. There is a trial instance with your structures, and a quote after that. We think that is more honest than a free tier that stops at a member limit.
No. TeamCompass runs on its own, and so does ClubCompass. Neither requires the other, and together they give the full picture.
We quote on request, because it depends on what you need. ClubCompass is billed per club, TeamCompass per team.
